SIX: Sumo Sarah's Satsuma's

Always plenty of these around at Christmas, I had to post this one, one of MANY.  I think I may turn orange with over consumption!

FIVE: Paws for thought

On one of my many ventures into the snow I found these paw prints and my imagination went wild thinking of all the creatures it could belong to {actual owner was an a HUGE Alsation dog on his daily walk, who I learnt from his human friend walking him, likes to chase the tiny mice he finds in the fields where we were!}.

Tea Time

This beautiful image is by Xanthe Berkeley from the Shutter Sisters page.  I love the play on 'KEEP CALM & CARRY ON'.

I indulge in Twinnings tea every now and again & get so excited when opening a new packet as they have great quotes just inside the lid of the box.  Here's one from my latest box of Earl Grey:

"IF YOU ARE COLD,
TEA WILL WARM YOU.
IF YOU ARE TOO HEATED,
IT WILL COOL YOU.
IF YOU ARE DEPRESSED,
IT WILL CHEER YOU.
IF YOU ARE EXCITED,
IT WILL CALM YOU."

FOUR: Boxing Day

Following on with the loving of lights, here's my try at some 'bokeh' shots.  This was the reflection of our tree lights on some wrapping paper, I loved how even though our lights are all white the different colours reflecting off the tree makes it look so bright and full of colour.

THREE: It's Christmas!

Christmas day at last, there's Santa on the tree.  I love fairy lights, in fact I love any Christmas lights and this is my attempt at the 'zoom effect' courtesy of our fairy lights on the tree.

TWO: Decorating The Tree

Santa's coming!  The Christmas fun really started with decorating the tree.

ONE: White Christmas

It was quite a shock to arrive back in the UK to a beautiful white blanket of snow.  Perfect for bringing on those Christmas feelings!
